Plan and direct the work carried out in each of the Coordinations under his charge to achieve the objectives of the Journal.
Carry out the selection of the articles to be published in conjunction with the Associate Editors, following the guidelines of the Editorial Board, the evaluations of the referees and the Editorial Policy of the Journal.
Maintain communication with the Editorial Board and the Associate Editors to promote and achieve the successful development of the Journal.

Assist the Editor-in-Chief in the follow-up of articles from receipt to publication.
Perform the first review of the pertinence, similarities, grammar, structure and relevance of the articles received.
Maintain communication with the Associate Editors to facilitate the refereeing process.
The refereeing process is a double-blind, rigorous, specialized and documented process that helps the editorial decision on the acceptance of articles to be published.
Coordinate with the editorial team the timely publication of accepted articles.
Contribute to maintaining the registration of the publication in the electronic indexes where the Journal is registered.
Editorial Coordination

This coordination evaluates the style correction, writing and typography of each work. The coordination verifies the inclusion of complementary information such as: directories, legal paragraph, information for authors and editorial. In addition, in this area, the administrative procedures of the Journal are carried out before the Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos de la UNAM, in order to maintain the Reserva de Derechos al Uso Exclusivo del Título and the Certificados de Licitud de Título y Contenido before the Secretaría de Gobernación; likewise, contact is maintained with the Dirección General de Publicaciones y Fomento Editorial for the distribution and sale of copies in the UNAM bookshop. This Coordination is also in charge of maintaining updated the database of the national distribution of the Journal and of carrying out the pertinent procedures to obtain the participation of the Journal in events such as the Feria Internacional del Libro del Palacio de Minería.
Graphic Design Coordination

This coordination is responsible for the editorial training of the Journal. The graphic work that is required both in the design of the cover and in the interior is carried out. Likewise, in this Coordination the promotion projects are elaborated with the necessary graphic material that is used in fairs, exhibitions, congresses and other academic events in which the Journal is present.
